Now I realize that I'm free
And I realize that I'm me And I found out that I'm not alone cause' theirs plenty people like me That's right theirs plenty people like me All love me, despite me And all unashamed and all unafraid to speak out for what we might see -Lecrae |
We should never have to feel alone in this walk. Just because we feel like outsiders doesn't mean were loners. Even if we feel like nobody's got our backs, we have to remember that Jesus does. We have to remember he's watching us and interceding for us in heaven .
“Whosoever therefore shall confess Me before men, him will I confess also before My Father who is in Heaven." Matthew 10:32 He loves us and he proved that when he hung on the cross for six hours. Even when we strung him up, he pleaded to God on our behalves. "Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” Luke 23:34 The thing about Lecrae is that he's never afraid to speak real truth. He will tell it to you just the way it is. He talks about real world issues: gun violence, the glass ceiling, modern slavery through money, sexual temptation. He's not scared to talk about some of the things other artists may shy away from. |
This is my favorite part of this song by Andy -------->>
Nobody wanna change the game, man y'all just want more trap Okay, say I won't rap over bagpipes Say I won't talk about that price To know Christ and live life like every night my last night 'Bout to switch up the program I rock name-brand, I rock no brand -Andy Mineo --------------------->> ----------------------------->> -------------> |

KB is one of the artists with an amazing story. He talks about some of it in this exclusive interview...
Some of the greatest artist out there, have gone through a lot in there past. It helps them become who they are. KB is a prime example. God has molded him into a man of integrity and a soldier of the kingdom. He is a peculiar and unique man of valor.

I personally love this song by KB. He poses to be Satan. It's a nice way to open up people's minds to the deception and temptation that the devil uses to entrap God's people. Just listen for yourself.

Here are a few lyrics:
Of course I told him he should go divorce her He's a man how he gon be faithful to one girl And he knows it'll cost him his life in ministry But I make him think it's worth one night getting in the sheets Imma beast, you can be a Christian and live in me God can have the public but in private it will be him and me We need liquor need Strippers homie ride or die Go put that bullet in that magazine And make it fly |

“The song is primarily about comparing the Bible, the unchangeable Word of God Himself, to a firearm, a weapon that can be used offensively and defensively on a daily basis to change the world for the greater good. The name “Manolo” is a variant Spanish translation of the name “Emmanuel”, meaning “God with us”. This song is about the reassurance God gives us through His Word, something that we can actually use to change the world around us for His will. The name Manolo also implies a “high life” of wealth and fame, and the artists admit in the song that, not only are there critics out there that are trying to bring them down if they slip up, but they are also admitting that they are normal sinful individuals as any human is, and they must regularly stay in the Word of God if they want to be protected and continue to serve Christ.” -Walter Bright, 2014
